Make your mark

Following your order of a custom-made mouthguard, you will receive an impression kit including:

• Two impression trays of different sizes
• Two pots of silicone of distinct colors

Please follow the steps below carefully:

1. Choosing the impression tray

Choose the impression tray best suited to your jaw. It should be neither too large nor too small.

2. Preparation

Stand in front of a mirror and have a timer ready.

3. Prepare the silicone

Mix the two silicones until you get a homogeneous paste.

4. Placement

Form a roll with the silicone and place it in the impression tray, ensuring the material extends upwards on the front.

5. Taking the impression

Insert the impression tray into your mouth, leaving a slight space between your teeth and the plastic.

⚠️ Your teeth must not touch the impression tray.

Using your thumbs, press firmly on your molars, then bring your lips over the top.

6. Setting time

Start the timer for 3 minutes.

• Do not move
• Do not bite

7. Removal

Once 3 minutes have passed, remove the impression with a rocking motion.

8. Cleaning and return

Rinse your impression with clear water then place it back in the bag provided with the unused impression tray.
